Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects DEP domain-containing mTOR-interacting protein (gene DEPTOR) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
DEPTOR is a DEP domain-containing protein that binds mTOR and inhibits the kinase activity of both mTORC1 and mTORC2. Its levels are controlled by mTOR signaling itself, forming a feedback loop that influences cell growth, metabolism and autophagy. DEPTOR is studied in mTOR pathway regulation, metabolism and multiple myeloma.

The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places DEP domain-containing mTOR-interacting protein in the lysosome membrane.
