Dipeptidyl peptidase 3 (DPP3) is a cytosolic zinc metallopeptidase that removes dipeptides from the N-terminus of short peptides. Its substrates include angiotensins and enkephalins, and it also binds KEAP1 to influence the NRF2 oxidative stress pathway. DPP3 is studied in peptide metabolism and oxidative stress signaling.
