Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes voltage-dependent L-type calcium channel subunit alpha (gene Ca-alpha1D) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Ca-alpha1D is the pore-forming alpha-1 subunit of a voltage-gated L-type calcium channel. It lets Ca2+ enter excitable cells in response to depolarization, supporting processes such as muscle contraction, and it is studied in fly models of muscle and neuronal physiology.
