Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler Chd1 in Fruit fly samples.
CHD1 is an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler with tandem chromodomains that recognize methylated histone H3 lysine 4. It spaces nucleosomes and supports transcription by RNA polymerase II, and it is studied in gene regulation, stem cell pluripotency and prostate cancer.
