Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase (gene ctrip) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Ctrip encodes a large HECT-type E3 ubiquitin ligase, the fly counterpart of mammalian TRIP12. Its specific substrates and functions in the fly have not been fully characterized.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fruit fly. UniProt places E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase in the nucleus.
