Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes dual specificity protein phosphatase 2 (gene DUSP2) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
DUSP2 (also called PAC-1) is a dual-specificity MAP kinase phosphatase that removes phosphate from both threonine and tyrosine residues of ERK and related kinases. It is expressed mainly in immune cells and is studied as a regulator of MAPK signaling in inflammation.
