Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects segment polarity protein dishevelled homolog DVL-2 (gene DVL2) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Dishevelled-2 (DVL2) is a cytoplasmic scaffold protein that relays Wnt signals from Frizzled receptors. It functions in both the canonical β-catenin pathway and non-canonical pathways such as planar cell polarity, and it is widely studied in development and Wnt-driven cancers.
