Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets E3 SUMO-protein ligase EGR2 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
EGR2 (also called Krox-20) is a zinc finger transcription factor. It is required for hindbrain segmentation and for Schwann cell myelination of peripheral nerves, and mutations in EGR2 cause inherited peripheral neuropathies.

| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Immunogen
Recombinant human EGR2 fragment (Met1–Arg257), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 90.7%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places E3 SUMO-protein ligase EGR2 in the nucleus.
