Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes EH domain-containing protein 1 (gene EHD1) in human, mouse and monkey samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 60.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 61 kDa.
EHD1 is an ATP-binding EH-domain protein that shapes and tubulates endosomal membranes. It regulates recycling of receptors from endosomes back to the plasma membrane and is studied in endocytic trafficking.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human T-47D cells, human Caco-2 cells, human A549 cells, human MCF-7 cells, monkey COS-7 cells, mouse testis tissue, mouse kidney tissue, mouse lung tissue, mouse ovary tissue.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): SiHa cells.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): SiHa cells.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and monkey. UniProt places EH domain-containing protein 1 in the recycling endosome membrane, early endosome membrane and cell membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Highly expressed in testis. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
