Product Overview
Clone 27E97 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 5 (gene ENPP5) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF. The predicted molecular weight is 54.7 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 55 kDa.
ENPP5 is a member of the ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family. It can hydrolyze NAD but not nucleotide di- or triphosphates and lacks lysophospholipase D activity; it may take part in neuronal cell communication, but its physiological role is not yet well defined.

|---|---|
| Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence | 1:50–1:200 |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): MCF-7 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human ENPP5.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt describes ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 5 as secreted and also located in the membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
