Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects endosome-associated-trafficking regulator 1 (gene ENTR1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 48.0 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 55 kDa.
ENTR1 (also known as SDCCAG3) is an endosome-associated protein involved in recycling cargo to the plasma membrane via the SNX27-retromer pathway, including the glucose transporter GLUT1. It also contributes to cytokinesis and to the formation of primary cilia.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human HeLa cells, human A549 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): HL-60 cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human ENTR1 fragment (Met1–Arg424), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places endosome-associated-trafficking regulator 1 in the cytoplasm, early endosome, endosome and recycling endosome. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed in the colon (at protein level). The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
