Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets fibroblast growth factor 3 (gene FGF3) in human samples and is validated for IHC and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 26.9 kDa.
Fibroblast growth factor 3 (FGF3) is a secreted signaling protein that regulates cell proliferation and differentiation during embryonic development. It is particularly important for inner ear development, and loss of FGF3 in humans causes congenital deafness with inner ear malformations. FGF3 was first identified as the mouse oncogene int-2.

Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): human placenta tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
