Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase brl2 in Fission yeast samples.
In the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe, Brl2 is a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase that works with Brl1 in the HULC complex to monoubiquitinate histone H2B. This mark supports transcription elongation and chromatin regulation, and Brl2 is related to budding yeast Bre1.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fission yeast. UniProt places E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase brl2 in the nucleus.
