Product Overview
Clone ECC-6 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes friend leukemia integration 1 transcription factor (gene FLI1) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 51.0 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 51 kDa.
FLI1 is an ETS family transcription factor that binds GGAA-containing DNA motifs. It is important for blood vessel and blood cell development, including megakaryocyte and endothelial lineages. The EWS–FLI1 fusion protein is the main oncogenic driver of Ewing sarcoma.
