Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (gene FLT3LG) in human and rat samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 26.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 26 kDa.
FLT3 ligand (FLT3LG, Flt3L) is a hematopoietic cytokine that activates the FLT3 receptor on early progenitor cells. It works together with other growth factors to expand hematopoietic progenitors and is essential for dendritic cell development, while also supporting B-cell development. Flt3L is widely used to generate dendritic cells in culture.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): rat brain tissue, rat spleen tissue, rat kidney tissue, SMMC cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
