Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes forkhead box protein M1 (gene FOXM1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
FOXM1 is a forkhead transcription factor that activates genes required for DNA replication and mitosis, such as cyclin B1 and PLK1. It is expressed in proliferating cells, supports DNA damage responses, and is overexpressed in many cancers, so it is studied as a driver of cell proliferation and tumor growth.
