Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets protein cappuccino (gene capu) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Cappuccino (capu) is a formin-family actin nucleation factor that works together with Spire to build actin filaments. In the oocyte, this actin mesh is needed for correct polarity and for positioning determinants that pattern the embryo, and capu is also thought to support vesicle transport along actin.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fruit fly. UniProt places protein cappuccino in the cytoplasm, membrane and cytoplasmic vesicle membrane.
