Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets protein archease-like in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, archease is a component of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex that helps the ligase RtcB work efficiently. Through this RNA ligation activity it supports Xbp1 mRNA splicing, and in flies it has been linked to axon regeneration after nerve injury.
