Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets cadherin-related tumor suppressor (gene ft) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Fat (ft) is a very large protocadherin that acts at the cell surface. Through binding to Dachsous it sets up planar cell polarity in the eye and wing, and as an upstream input to the Hippo pathway it limits imaginal disc growth, which is why it was named a tumor suppressor.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fruit fly. UniProt places cadherin-related tumor suppressor in the cell membrane and apical cell membrane.
