Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets G9a, isoform B in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, G9a is the fly homolog of the mammalian histone H3 lysine 9 methyltransferase G9a (EHMT). It is a SET domain protein linked to chromatin regulation and gene silencing, and fly studies have tied it to nervous system function and stress responses, although many details remain to be defined.
