Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets protein Malvolio (gene Mvl) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Malvolio (Mvl) is a member of the NRAMP family of divalent metal ion transporters. Mutant flies show altered taste behavior, and the protein is studied as a model for metal transport and its effects on behavior.
