Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets nuclear envelope integral membrane protein (gene Nemp) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Nemp is an integral protein of the inner nuclear membrane. It contributes to the stiffness of the nuclear envelope in germ cells and is needed for normal male and female fertility.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fruit fly. UniProt places nuclear envelope integral membrane protein in the nucleus inner membrane and nucleoplasmic side. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (Drosophila): Expressed in both germline and somatic cells in the larval testis and prepupal ovary (at protein level).
