Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects GATA-binding factor A (gene pnr) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Pannier (Pnr) is a GATA-family transcription factor that controls several developmental programs, including dorsal cell fate in the embryo and imaginal discs. It directly activates the proneural achaete-scute genes, helping position sensory bristle precursors in the adult peripheral nervous system, and is a classic model for studying developmental patterning.
