Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects ran-binding proteins 9/10 homolog (gene RanBPM) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, RanBPM is the fly counterpart of mammalian RanBP9/RanBP10. Its isoforms help organize the germline stem cell niche in the ovary, regulating the size, arrangement and adhesion of niche cells.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fruit fly. UniProt places ran-binding proteins 9/10 homolog in the cytoplasm, membrane and nucleus. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (Drosophila): Expressed in the GSCs and in dividing cysts.
