Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects NAD(+) hydrolase sarm1 in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Sarm (dSarm) is the fly counterpart of mammalian SARM1, an NAD+-cleaving enzyme with a TIR domain. After axon injury it depletes NAD+ and drives Wallerian degeneration of the severed axon, and flies are a key model for studying this conserved axon death program.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fruit fly. UniProt places NAD(+) hydrolase sarm1 in the cytoplasm and cell projection. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (Drosophila): Widely expressed in larval brains and adult brains.
