Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CD109 antigen (gene Tep2) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Tep2 is a member of the thioester-containing protein family, which are related to vertebrate complement factors and to CD109. Insect TEPs can bind covalently to microbial surfaces and are studied as part of the fly humoral and cellular innate immune response.
