Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes GH06739p (gene tn) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila melanogaster, thin (tn, also called abba) encodes a TRIM-NHL family protein that is an ortholog of human TRIM32. It is required to maintain the structural integrity of muscles, and flies lacking thin show progressive muscle degeneration. It is studied as a fly model related to limb-girdle muscular dystrophy.
