Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects trailer hitch, isoform A (gene tral) in Fruit fly samples.
In Drosophila, Trailer hitch (Tral) is an Lsm-domain RNA-binding protein related to yeast Scd6 and human LSM14. It associates with the mRNA decapping machinery, promotes P-body formation and represses translation, and it is studied in post-transcriptional control of maternal mRNAs during oogenesis.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with Fruit fly. UniProt places trailer hitch, isoform A in the cytoplasm.
