Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 15 (gene GALNT15) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
GALNT15 is a member of the polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase family that initiates mucin-type O-glycosylation by adding GalNAc to serine and threonine residues. Its activity is relatively weak, and it may work with other GALNT enzymes to glycosylate closely spaced sites on mucin peptides.
