Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects GRB2-associated and regulator of MAPK protein 1 (gene GAREM1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
GAREM1 (GRB2-associated and regulator of MAPK protein 1) is an adaptor that becomes tyrosine phosphorylated after EGF receptor activation and binds GRB2 and SHP2. Through these partners it supports activation of the ERK/MAPK pathway and cell proliferation.

Recombinant human GAREM1 fragment (Gln277–Glu753), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 86.8%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Isoform 1 is ubiquitously expressed.
