Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes cytosolic beta-glucosidase (gene GBA3) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
GBA3 is a cytosolic β-glucosidase with broad substrate range, abundant in liver, kidney and intestine. It can hydrolyze plant-derived glucosides such as flavonoid and cyanogenic glycosides and shows some glucosylceramidase activity in vitro, but its main role in the body is not clear.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places cytosolic beta-glucosidase in the cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Present in small intestine (at protein level).
