Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects ADP-ribosylation factor-binding protein GGA2 in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
GGA2 is one of the Golgi-localized, γ-ear-containing, ARF-binding (GGA) clathrin adaptors. It binds activated ARF, clathrin and acidic-cluster dileucine motifs on cargo such as mannose 6-phosphate receptors, sorting them from the trans-Golgi network to endosomes. GGA2 is studied in membrane trafficking and lysosomal enzyme delivery.
