Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets DNA replication complex GINS protein PSF3 (gene GINS3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
GINS3 (PSF3) is a subunit of the four-protein GINS complex. GINS joins CDC45 and the MCM2–7 ring to build the CMG helicase, the motor that unwinds DNA at replication forks, which makes GINS3 relevant to studies of DNA replication and cell cycle progression.
