Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects PDZ domain-containing protein GIPC3 in human and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
GIPC3 is a PDZ domain protein of the GIPC family expressed in the inner ear. It is needed as stereocilia bundles mature after birth, and it keeps cochlear hair cells and spiral ganglion neurons alive over the long term, making it a gene of interest in hearing research.
