Product Overview
Clone 19G77 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes transcription activator GLI3 in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF. The predicted molecular weight is 169.9 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 190 kDa.
GLI3 is a zinc finger transcription factor in the Hedgehog pathway. Without Hedgehog signaling it is processed into a shortened repressor, its main form, while pathway activation favors the full-length activator. GLI3 helps pattern the limbs and brain, and its mutations cause developmental syndromes such as Greig cephalopolysyndactyly.

The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places transcription activator GLI3 in the nucleus, cytoplasm and cell projection.
