Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects glomulin (gene GLMN) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Glomulin (GLMN) binds the RING protein RBX1 within cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligases and blocks its interaction with the E2 enzyme, restraining ligase activity. It also helps keep components such as FBXW7 and cullins stable. It is needed for normal blood vessel development, and GLMN mutations cause glomuvenous malformations.
