Product Overview
Clone 27A82 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes rho GTPase-activating protein 26 (gene ARHGAP26) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 92.2 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 100 kDa.
Rho GTPase-activating protein 26 (ARHGAP26, also called GRAF1) inactivates RhoA and CDC42 by stimulating their GTP hydrolysis. It is involved in clathrin-independent endocytosis and cytoskeletal regulation and is studied in cell migration, muscle biology and membrane trafficking.
