Boster Bio Anti-Granzyme M/GZMM Antibody catalog # A08286-2. Tested in IHC applications. This antibody reacts with Human.
Scientific background: Human natural killer (NK) cells and activated lymphocytes express and store a distinct subset of neutral serine proteases together with proteoglycans and other immune effector molecules in large cytoplasmic granules. These serine proteases are collectively termed granzymes and include 4 distinct gene products: granzyme A, granzyme B, granzyme H, and the protein encoded by this gene, granzyme M. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: Granzyme M | Gene: granzyme M | Target: GZMM
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Polyclonal | Isotype: Rabbit IgG | Reactivity: Human | Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human Granzyme M/GZMM. Human Granzyme M/GZMM shares 85.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with rat Granzyme M/GZMM. | Concentration: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml. | Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Applications: WB, IHC, ICC, ELISA
Status: Active
