Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects chymotrypsin (gene Gzmm) in mouse samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
Granzyme M (GZMM) is a serine protease expressed mainly in natural killer cells and innate-like T cells. It cleaves after methionine or leucine residues, and its substrates include ezrin, α-tubulin and survivin, leading to caspase activation and death of target cells. GZMM is studied in NK cell cytotoxicity.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): mouse SP2/0 cells, mouse Neuro-2a cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.

Recombinant mouse Granzyme M/GZMM fragment (Ala64–Asp206), expressed in E. coli.
