Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes golgi reassembly-stacking protein 1 (gene GORASP1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 46.5 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 65 kDa.
GRASP65 (GORASP1) is a Golgi reassembly and stacking protein anchored to cis-Golgi membranes. Working with GRASP55, it helps link cisternae into stacks and connect stacks into the Golgi ribbon, and its phosphorylation during mitosis allows Golgi breakdown, so it is studied in Golgi organization.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human HepG2 cells, human HeLa cells, human HEK293 cells, human MCF-7 cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): Caco-2 cells.
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): HeLa cells.

Recombinant human GRASP65/GORASP1 fragment (Arg130–Glu440), expressed in E. coli.
