Product Overview
Clone 20G86 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes growth factor receptor-bound protein 7 (gene GRB7) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 59.7 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 60 kDa.
GRB7 is an adaptor protein of the GRB7/10/14 family that binds activated receptor tyrosine kinases and focal adhesion kinase. It promotes cell migration and proliferation signaling, and GRB7 is often co-amplified with HER2 (ERBB2) in breast cancer, where it is widely studied.
