Clone 24H32 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes homeobox protein Hox-B4 (gene HOXB4) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 27.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 34 kDa.
HOXB4 is a homeobox transcription factor of the HOXB cluster that helps set positional identity in the embryo. It is best known for promoting self-renewal and expansion of hematopoietic stem cells when overexpressed, which makes it a subject of stem cell expansion research.
