Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes serine protease HTRA4 in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
HTRA4 is a member of the HtrA family of serine proteases, which share a trypsin-like protease domain and a PDZ domain. Its specific substrates and functions are less well characterized than those of its relatives HTRA1–3.

Immunogen
Recombinant human HTRA4 fragment (Ala31–Asp464), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 68.7% and 68.9%, respectively.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt describes serine protease HTRA4 as a secreted protein.
