Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects protein ELYS (gene AHCTF1) in human samples. The predicted molecular weight is 252.5 kDa.
ELYS (AHCTF1) is a nucleoporin that seeds nuclear pore complex assembly at the end of mitosis. It binds chromatin and recruits the Nup107-160 subcomplex to reforming nuclei, and it also helps localize this subcomplex to kinetochores and supports completion of cytokinesis.
