Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets G1/S-specific cyclin-E1 (gene CCNE1) in human samples and is validated for ICC/IF. The predicted molecular weight is 47.1 kDa.
Cyclin E1 (CCNE1) activates CDK2 in late G1 to promote the transition into S phase and the start of DNA replication. It is tightly regulated by ubiquitin-mediated degradation, and CCNE1 amplification is well documented in several cancers, notably high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
