Product Overview
Antibody SN6 recognizes an extracellular epitope of the human CD105 homodimer with a molecular weight of about 160 kd. It has been reported to cross react with non human Primate as well as Equine and Porcine(11) CD105.
Human CD105 (endoglin) is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein (1) virtually restricted to endothelial cells, and present on some leukemia cells and minor subsets of bone marrow cells. CD105 binds to TGF-b1 and b3 with high affinity (4).

Functional Activity
Antibody SN6 will augment binding of TGF-b1 to CD105 expressing leukemia cells. Antibody SN6 has been used to identify mesenchymal progenitor cell sub populations (8,9,10,13)
