Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 4 (gene LILRB4) in human samples. The predicted molecular weight is 49.4 kDa.
LILRB4 (ILT3, CD85k) is an inhibitory receptor expressed on monocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells. It binds ligands including APOE and fibronectin and, through phosphatases, dampens myeloid cell activation and promotes tolerogenic antigen-presenting cells. LILRB4 is studied in immune tolerance and is highly expressed in monocytic acute myeloid leukemia.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 4 in the cell membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Detected on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, natural killer cells and B-cells (at protein level).
