Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects kinetochore protein Nuf2 in human samples. The predicted molecular weight is 54.3 kDa.
NUF2 is a subunit of the NDC80 complex, the main microtubule-binding assembly at the outer kinetochore. It is required for stable kinetochore–microtubule attachment, spindle checkpoint signaling and accurate chromosome segregation, and it is often studied as a mitosis marker and in cancer cell proliferation.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places kinetochore protein Nuf2 in the nucleus and chromosome.
