Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets nuclear pore complex protein Nup107 in human samples. The predicted molecular weight is 106.4 kDa.
Nup107 is a core component of the Nup107–160 subcomplex, which forms the scaffold rings of the nuclear pore complex. It is required for nuclear pore assembly and for recruiting peripheral nucleoporins, and mutations in NUP107 have been linked to kidney disease (steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome).

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places nuclear pore complex protein Nup107 in the nuclear membrane, nucleus and chromosome. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Ubiquitously expressed in fetal and adult tissues.
