Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RAD9, HUS1, RAD1-interacting nuclear orphan protein 1 (gene RHNO1) in human samples. The predicted molecular weight is 26.7 kDa.
RHNO1 (also called RHINO) is a nuclear protein that binds the 9-1-1 checkpoint clamp (RAD9–HUS1–RAD1) and helps activate ATR signaling after DNA damage. It also recruits DNA polymerase theta to repair double-strand breaks by microhomology-mediated end joining during mitosis, and it is studied in DNA damage response research.
